From Olympic icon and a father of six to transgender woman, Bruce Jenner is now named Caitlyn Jenner. Before and after photos show how extensive plastic surgery totally transformed her. Bruce Jenner, she said, was “always telling lies.” Caitlyn Jenner, she said, “doesn’t have any lies.”
Caitlyn Jenner says hi to world for the first time
However, way before her new transformation, she had already resorted to plastic surgery and got a nose job, Botox and a facelift.
After Bruce Jenner’s sex change, Caitlyn Jenner is doubtlessly an achieved product goal for plastic surgeons and the world of plastic surgery. Why? Well, because even though it is not yet officially confirmed, there is Botox, a facelift, a sex change, a reduction of Adam’s apple (or tracheal shave), lip filling, cheek augmentation and a boob job all in one new body, or person as he likes to claim. Dr. Harrison Lee and Gary Alter performed the work on Caitlyn’s body.
Caitlyn Jenner has taken hormones and has performed several operations, including tracheal shave, nose job and his body and facial hair had been removed. It is not clear if she has had surgery on her genitals. Here’s a chart that diagrams the procedures she had done:

Regarding to facial feminization surgery, in which he raised his eyebrows and softened his jaw, Jenner said in his interview to Vanity Fair that the first surgery was a painful 10 hours and suffered a panic attack of 15 seconds. “What did I just do? What did I just do to myself?” Caitlyn asked herself in that moment. However, she overcame it with the help of a counselor Caitlyn Jenner.
There are no regrets; there is no turning back anyway. Facial feminization includes procedures such as hairline correction, forehead contouring, and jaw and chin contouring. “Men tend to have a prominent brow bone,” Lee explained “So you do a little bit of a brow lift, just to soften the image.” As for the work on Caitlyn’s jaw, “we go inside the mouth and actually take off the outer portion of the bone and soften it”, he mentioned.
“If I was lying on my deathbed and I had kept this secret and never ever did anything about it, I would be lying there saying, ‘You just blew your entire life,’ ” she says to Vanity Fair. “I have been (sighs) Caitlyn has been so comfortable with herself. That is a wonderful feeling to have” she said. “I never thought that at some point I could do this. It’s been great”, she added during the Vanity’s Fair interview as she bursted into tears. Therefore, we are happy that she overcame the struggle and is *free* herself in the Vanity Fair issue.
